The K3 classes from all schools went ice-skating today. They had a fun filled day learning how to wear the skates, gloves, and helmet properly.
Then they had a detailed lesson about how to stand up on skates, and walking around the edge of the ice rink by holding the wall.
Afterwards, the students tried to skate on their own, using the wall as support, or to use an ice-skating helping pusher that looks like a walker for the elderly.
Everyone had smiles on their faces, and were really excited to be at the ice rink today.
