The older crafters learned how to paint a gingerbread house during art time. To give their houses a winter wonderland look, they used white paint and painted the outline of the brown paper houses. They also decorated their houses with colorful buttons, pompons, straws, and fancy ribbons. The colorful buttons and pompons look like gumdrops! Yum! The older children had a blast creating these cute gingerbread houses.
